I lead complex work with clarity, discipline, and trust.
For decades, I have worked at the intersection of creativity, logistics, and leadership guiding projects that require both strong vision and meticulous execution. My background began in production, where I built a reputation for bringing structure to ambitious ideas and leading teams through fast-moving, high-pressure environments with steadiness and precision.
As an Executive Producer with CAPTURE and Lotus Films, I have led projects across film, television, branded content, music, live events, and digital media for major studios, streamers, brands, and artists. My work bridges the practical and the creative: aligning people, budgets, timelines, and expectations so important work can move forward successfully.
Over time, that foundation expanded into nonprofit and mission-driven leadership. I have served as Board Chair of Planned Parenthood Advocates Pasadena & San Gabriel Valley and supported organizations including TEDxPasadena, Club 21, and Union Station Homeless Services.
Today, I bring together creative fluency, operational rigor, and strategic leadership to help move meaningful work forward—with strong systems, trusted relationships, and thoughtful execution.
Currently I serve as a consultant in a leadership role with Eaton Fire Residents United (EFRU), where my work includes advocacy, strategic coordination, and helping shape complex, community-centered recovery efforts. While the subject matter differs from production, the discipline is the same: lead thoughtfully, communicate clearly, build trust, and keep the work moving.
